The commercial food shrink wrap machine is composed of a conveyor belt, a heating channel and a cooling device. During the food shrinking operation, the pre-packaged food box is placed on the conveyor belt and runs into the heating channel at a specified speed. Hot air is blown to the box for heating. The film on the outside of the paper box shrinks automatically to wrap the product tightly. After the heat shrinking is completed, the food box is conveyed out of the heating channel and removed from the conveyor belt after natural cooling. Depending on the size of the box, the type of film and the heat shrinking temperature of the film, a cold fan can be used to accelerate the cooling of the film after it is conveyed out of the heating channel.

Machine maintenance of commercial food shrink wrap machine:

1. After working continuously for 2-3 months, the rear cover of wrapping machine should be opened to add lubricating oil to the sliding parts and switch bumpers.
2. The connecting parts of machine on the heating rod should be lubricated according to the use situation.
3. The heating strip and silicone strip should be kept clean and no foreign matter should be stuck to avoid affecting the sealing quality.
4. The commercial food shrink wrap machine is not allowed to be tilted or hit during transportation, and it cannot be laid down for transportation.
5. A reliable grounding device must be provided during installation. The user should provide the working air source and the inflation air source by himself. 
6. The working pressure of the compressor has been set to 0.3MPa, which is more appropriate. Do not adjust it too much without special circumstances.
